Privacy Notice \u2014 Database of Professionals and Companies<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

1. Data Controller<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u00c1gora \u2013 Cultura e Desporto do Porto, E.M., S.A. is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data collected as part of the registration in the database of audiovisual professionals and companies, managed by Filmaporto \u2014 film commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Purpose of Processing<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The personal data collected is intended to be included in the database of audiovisual professionals and companies, with the aim of promoting their activity and facilitating contact with entities seeking services for productions carried out in the city of Porto, subject to the data subject\u2019s prior and explicit consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Legal Basis<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The processing is based on the data subject\u2019s consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Data Sharing<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Data will only be shared following an assessment of its relevance to the project in question and subject to the data subject\u2019s prior and explicit consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c1gora\/Filmaporto does not intervene in negotiations, the definition of working conditions, or any contracts resulting from the contact established.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Data Retention<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Data will be retained for as long as the data subject maintains active consent or until a request for deletion is made. Once a deletion request is submitted, the data will be erased within a maximum period of 30 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Data Subject Rights<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Data subjects may, at any time, exercise their rights of access, rectification, updating, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability by contacting Filmaporto or by emailing dpo@agoraorto.pt. They may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (Comiss\u00e3o Nacional de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Dados \u2013 CNPD).

The personal data collected is intended to be included in the database of locations for audiovisual productions in the city of Porto, with the purpose of promoting the registered spaces and facilitating contact with entities interested in filming, subject to the data subject\u2019s prior and explicit consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The terms for making the spaces available are agreed exclusively between the owner or manager and the interested entity, without any intervention from \u00c1gora\/Filmaporto, which accepts no responsibility for any damages, costs, or disputes arising from the use of the locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guidelines for registering locations<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  • This database is for shooting locations only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Provide a\u00a0good photo overview of your property: Exterior, interior, from the street.\u202fInterior shots must be included, or a\u00a0note included in the \u201cUsage restriction\u201d field, stating that interior filming is not allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Concentrate on the unique features and rooms of the property (not the toilet, pantry, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Include photos of the assets in your description (pool, barn, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Shoot wide and from multiple angles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Professional photos are not required, but dark, old, or poorly focused photos will not be accepted, nor will those that are too small or have low resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Make sure images are properly rotated before submission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Staged photos, highlighting people, pets or objects are not accepted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Do not submit video clips, screen captures, or brochures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Properties already represented by location services companies or agents will not be accepted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • You must be the actual owner of the property and\/or have the authority to lease it for production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Properties currently for sale will not be accepted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Describe your property: Write a\u00a0descriptive title (\u201cModern apartment with a\u00a0view of the river\u201d) and add detail to the listing \u2013 square footage, architectural style, year built, number of bedrooms, special features.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 10\u201315 photos are ideal; beyond 15 is generally too many. We reserve the right to select the best group among the submitted photos and delete those which are redundant or of poor quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Find the required photo sizes below. Low-resolution (small file size) photos will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
