Filmaporto presents ‘Alice’, by Vasco Madureira Rocha, in Batalha

Alice, a film directed by Vasco Madureira Rocha, who will be present to talk to the audience after the screening. The screening takes place as part of the Filmaporto Sessions, which regularly bring to Batalha projects filmed in Porto, selected through a permanent open call.

Alice follows the story of a young woman who lives trapped between the apathy of everyday life, a toxic relationship and the mysterious disappearance of her father. When the possibility of a hidden inheritance arises, Alice is faced with a decision that could change everything – the chance to break the cycle that keeps her trapped in a dead-end existence.

Admission is free, subject to picking up a ticket on the day of the screening (maximum two tickets per person).
